How to use wild blueberry powder
You do not need a recipe to start. A rounded teaspoon of Mongolian blueberry powder is enough for a glass or a bowl. The pouch is twenty servings of freeze-dried wild fruit.
Cold first
The most direct use is a glass of cold water. Stir in a rounded teaspoon and it becomes a vivid juice — extremely effective, nothing else in the glass. It blooms the same way in a smoothie if you want milk or fruit with it.
Stirred through thick yogurt or warm oatmeal it stains the bowl a deep violet. A pinch in lemonade is enough for a pitcher to share.
Bake and keep
Fold it into muffin batter, frosting, or a simple cake. Because it is freeze-dried fruit, not a flavor drop, the color is the berry and the taste stays clean.
Store the pouch closed, away from steam. Opened food cannot come back for a change of mind — that is in the FAQ — but a dry cupboard is all the powder asks for. Shop the pouch when you are ready.
