Our process
From wild forest to your kitchen.
One ingredient, four steps, nothing added. This is exactly what happens between a blueberry growing wild in northern Mongolia and the powder in your pouch.
Step 01
Wild harvest
Blueberries are hand-picked at peak ripeness in the wild forests of Zavkhan and Khuvsgul provinces — never farmed, never sprayed.
Step 02
Freeze-dried whole
The whole berries are frozen, then the ice is drawn away under vacuum. Color, aroma, and structure stay in the fruit.
Step 03
Milled to powder
The dried berries are milled into a fine powder. No carriers, no maltodextrin, no flavoring — the fruit is the only ingredient.
Step 04
Packed & sealed
The powder goes straight into sealed pouches, lot-coded for traceability. One pouch: 4.2 oz (119 g), about 20 servings.
Where it grows
Picked in Zavkhan & Khuvsgul.
Our berries come from the wild forests of two northern Mongolian provinces — Zavkhan in the west-central highlands and Khuvsgul around the great northern lake. Pickers gather the fruit by hand at peak ripeness; the harvest then travels to Ulaanbaatar for freeze-drying and packing.
What never goes in
The shortest ingredient list we can write.
No added sugar
Sweetness comes only from the berries themselves.
No fillers or carriers
No maltodextrin, no bulking agents, no flavoring.
No preservatives
Freeze-drying is the preservation.
Non-GMO & wild
Wild-harvested fruit — not a cultivated GMO variety.
Every claim on this page is backed by our own process records and lot-by-lot traceability — each pouch carries a lot code that traces back to its harvest. Full nutrition details are on the product page.
