The harvest
About Wild Harvest
We make Mongolian blueberry powder from fruit that was never farmed. Hand-picked in the forests of northern Mongolia, freeze-dried whole, and shipped to kitchens in the United States.
Where the berries grow

High in northern Mongolia, wild blueberries grow without rows, irrigation, or sprays. They are small berries with a deeper color and a sharper taste than cultivated highbush fruit. We work with fruit that is picked at peak ripeness — not grown for yield, not genetically modified.
That origin is the whole product. Read what Mongolian blueberries are if you want the longer story.
How we make the powder
Berries are frozen, then the ice is drawn away under vacuum. What remains is the fruit itself — color, aroma, and a crystalline texture — milled into powder. No maltodextrin. No flavoring. No added sugar. One ingredient. See the full step-by-step process, or read How we freeze-dry wild blueberries.
Meet the founder

Sosormaa Chuluunbaatar founded Wild Harvest to bring Mongolia’s wild berries to kitchens in the United States — and, in time, to the world. After a career representing Mongolia abroad, including as Ambassador to Brazil, and serving as an advisor to the President of Mongolia on human rights and public participation, she is now putting that same energy into a simpler export: good berries, picked by hand, with nothing added.
Wild Harvest is imported into the United States by GGWP LLC, Woodinville, WA 98072. We publish the importer and its city here so you can see who stands behind the pouch in the United States — and reach us through the Contact page or at info@wildharvestmongolia.com.
