Terms of Service

The shop

Wild Harvest sells hand-picked, freeze-dried organic Mongolian blueberry powder and related goods, imported into the United States by GGWP LLC, Woodinville, WA 98072. We ship to addresses in the United States. Product descriptions, photos, prices, and stock can change. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. Guest checkout is always available. If you create an account — with email and password or Sign in with Google — you are responsible for that login. You must be at least 18 to place an order. We may close an account that is abused or used in violation of these terms.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment succeeds through Stripe Checkout. You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact details. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay; taxes and shipping (if any) appear at checkout. Orders of $50 or more include free US shipping; otherwise a standard shipping rate applies. We do not store your full card number.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders of $50 or more include free standard shipping. Under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate shown in the bag and at checkout. We typically pack orders within 1–2 business days. Transit within the United States is usually 2–5 business days after we send the package. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. A tracking number is shown on your order and in email — if one is not available yet, we say so and add it when the pouch ships. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave, or when the carrier first attempts delivery if you provided an incomplete or incorrect address.

Food products

Our powder is a food made from hand-picked wild blueberries. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Check labels for ingredients if you have allergies — including blueberry or other fruit allergies. Follow any storage instructions on the pouch. Color and aroma can vary with the harvest; that is the nature of wild fruit.

Returns, damage, and refunds

Because this is food, we cannot accept returns of opened pouches for a change of mind. If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or clearly not what you ordered, email info@wildharvestmongolia.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will replace the item or refund it, as appropriate.

If we cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and can take several business days to appear.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or break into the site or related systems.
• Misuse another person’s account or payment method.
• Resell products in a way that misrepresents Wild Harvest without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Wild Harvest name, logo, site design, photographs, and copy are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without permission, except as needed to browse and shop.

Third-party services

Checkout, accounts, email, and analytics run through third parties (including Stripe, Supabase, Google, Vercel, and Resend). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for those services except as the law requires.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some places do not allow these disclaimers; they apply only as far as permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wild Harvest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the site or a purchase. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the new terms. For a pending order, the terms in effect when you paid still apply to that order.
