Who we are

We sell hand-picked, freeze-dried organic Mongolian blueberry powder and related products, shipping to addresses in the United States. Questions about this policy: info@wildharvestmongolia.com.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Order details. Name, email, shipping address, phone (if you provide it), items purchased, amounts paid, fulfillment status, and tracking number when we have one. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Account details. If you create an account, we store your email and authentication data. Sign in with Google provides your Google account email and basic profile information that Google shares with us.
• Reviews. If you leave a product review, we store your rating, optional title, review text, and the first name you choose to display. Reviews from a verified purchase are labeled as such.
• Device and usage. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location, via our hosting provider and analytics tools.
• Bag contents. Items in your bag are saved in your browser (local storage) so they persist if you leave and return.
• Signed-in email. If you create an account, we keep your email in the browser (local storage) so the account page can show it immediately. It is removed when you sign out.

Guest checkout does not require an account. If you later create an account with the same email, we may attach past orders to that account.

How we use information

• To take payment, fulfill orders, and send confirmations and shipping updates.
• To create and maintain optional accounts and show you your order history.
• To publish customer reviews that you submit for a product you bought.
• To respond to you and improve the shop.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
• To understand how the site is used (analytics).
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us run the shop, only as needed for their work:

• Stripe — payments and checkout.
• Supabase — database and authentication (including Sign in with Google).
• Google — Sign in with Google, if you choose it, and Google Analytics.
• Vercel — hosting and Vercel Analytics.
• Resend — transactional email such as order confirmations.
• Shipping carriers, if we need an address to deliver a package.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or customers, or in connection with a merger, sale, or similar transfer of the business.

Those providers have their own privacy policies. Stripe, Google, and similar companies may process data in the United States and other countries.

Cookies and similar technology

We use:

• Essential cookies for signed-in sessions (set by our authentication provider).
• Local storage for your bag, on your device only.
• Analytics cookies or similar identifiers from Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics, which help us see aggregate traffic and performance.

You can block cookies in your browser. The site may not remember a signed-in session if essential cookies are blocked. You can also use Google’s ad settings or browser controls to limit analytics.

Your choices

• Shop as a guest without creating an account.
• Decline Sign in with Google and use email, or skip accounts entirely.
• Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of account or order information we hold, subject to records we must keep for tax, fraud, or legal reasons.
• Sign out and stop using the site at any time.

If you are in California or another place with similar privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined. To exercise a privacy right, write to info@wildharvestmongolia.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill purchases, handle returns or disputes, and meet accounting and legal obligations. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it or the account is otherwise closed. Analytics data is kept according to those providers’ settings.

Children

The shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS and reputable processors for payments and accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong password if you create an email account.

Changes

We may update this policy as the shop changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
