The method
How we freeze-dry wild blueberries
Heat cooks fruit. Freeze-drying does not. That is how Mongolian blueberries become powder without turning into jam, syrup, or a dusty mix cut with maltodextrin.
Frozen, then the ice leaves
Hand-picked berries are frozen. Under vacuum the ice turns to vapor and is drawn away. What remains is the fruit — color, aroma, and a crystalline texture — then milled. No cooking step. No flavoring. No added sugar.
The powder looks like shards of the berry, not a uniform dust. Stir it into something cold and the violet blooms at once, the way only real fruit does.
What we leave out
Many fruit powders use carriers so they flow in a factory. Ours does not. One ingredient: wild blueberries from Mongolia. 100% organic. Non-GMO. That is the whole label.
The pouch is 4.2 oz (119 g), about twenty rounded teaspoons. Details and reviews live on the Mongolian wild blueberry powder page.
